Regarding cancellation

・If you wish to cancel your reservation, please do so as soon as possible, at least 2 days in advance.
In case of cancellation less than 2 days in advance, as well as cancellation of 1/3 or more of the original number of people, the full amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
・Reservations can be canceled one month in advance during the period from July to September. After that, we will charge a cancellation fee.

・We ask that you lay out your own futon. Sheets and pillowcases are attached and prepared in a folded state.
・Please be sure to contact us if you will be checking in after the scheduled time. (until 21:00)
・The nearest convenience store is 10 minutes by car.

・We do not provide futons and meals for infants.
・The entire main building is non-smoking. Please smoke in the designated smoking area.

・A coin laundry is available on-site.
